Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are you currently accepting new patients?
    Yes. Our providers are ready to begin assisting with your mental healthcare needs as soon as possible. Schedule your appointment today
  • Can I see the provider in person?
    We are strictly a virtual/tele-health practice without a local office. You do have access to our provider when needed.
  • Will you confirm my appointment?
    We will call, email and text you the day before a scheduled appointment to confirm and remind you. If we cannot reach you, a voice message will be left if possible. A missed appointment may result in a $50.00+ fee assessed to your account.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
    Please call, text or email our office as soon as possible and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment may be assessed a $75.00 (New Patients) and $50 (Establish Patients) fee.
  • Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?
    We do not accept Medicaid/Medicare or insurance plans with Medicaid/Medicare attached. Patients with these plans always have the option of paying out of pocket.
  • Do you accept Pediatric patients?
    Yes. We accept patients as young as 5 years old. Parents/Guardians must be present for appointments for children 5-17 years old. Child must be present during the appointments.
  • Does your office provide therapy or counseling services?
    Unfortunately, our office only provides psychiatric services. We can, however, refer you to various TRUSTED counselors and therapists.
