Once connected we will see the patient in real-time their telepsychiatry appointment. There are options to connect multiple people to the video conference from different locations if needed. This allows us to deliver live, interactive communication with all those that are needed during the appointment time with consent. The process is simple, patients only need high-speed internet access, on your devices of choice with a microphone and camera. No need to download software or create an account. Our office will send you a personal link to your choice of text or email. Once you connect, you will be in your provider’s virtual waiting room for your appointment in the comfort of the location of your choice such as your home.
